Cube world is simple really, it’s just a bunch of people living in cube’s… but that’s not what makes them so compelling.
What makes these little desktop companions so addictive is that all of the cube world citizens can interact with each other. They function completely as if they were alive, tiny little LCD people rattling around in a seemingly endless world of cubes.
Place them together or stack them up and they’ll get up to all sorts… one will be banging on the wall as their neighbour who mixing on his decks is making too much noise, another will be nipping upstairs to join their friend and his dog for a nice cup of tea & a chat. They get well involved with each other and up to all sorts of behaviour… each combination can bring a variety of results including synchronised dance routines, playing various sports and may even result in a punch up.
Cube World
are so lifelike in their existence that if you tip the cube over the fella inside will tumble to the new floor/recent ceiling… shake ‘em up a little & they can get most upset!
It’s not just a matter of letting this little utopia exist on your desk for your own self amusement, you can also interact with the individuals inside by playing a variety of games with them, the buttons on the front of the display can be used to play anything from ‘keepy-uppy’ to snake charming… the way you handle the individuals which exist in your world of mayhem/tranquil bliss* (delete as appropriate) will affect their mood an ultimately the harmony between theirs & other ‘cubes’
